Philip Sharp will premiere my new solo piano work, Movements for Philip Sharp, in Glasgow University Concert Hall at 1.10pm on Thursday 21st March. Commissioned by Phil and tailored to the way he plays, this piece reworks material from another one I wrote for him while still at school, giving it a special emotional significance for me.
